Dr. Ben Donner has been freeing people from pain in the clinic in Spicer, MN. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Donner is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.
Dr. Donner uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Donner is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
Hello, my name is Dr. Ben Donner. Thanks for checking out our site.
Let me tell you a little about me. I am originally from Clara City
where my dad is a small business owner (Donner's Crossroad Truck Stop) and my mom is a 6th grade
school teacher. I currently live in New London with my wife, Crystal,
who is also from Clara City, and daughter, Iris. Although,
I love my family dearly, they are not the most important thing in my
life. The most important thing to me is my personal relationship with
my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is my strength and my strong
tower. There is no greater privilege in life than to be a child of God. (See

I also love spending time with my family. I am very involved in sports including basketball, volleyball and barefoot waterskiing. I chose to be a chiropractor first and foremost to help people. Then I realized chiropractic was about so much more then just helping people's neck and back pain go away. I learned it was about the total health and wellness of an individual. I am inspired to know that I am making a difference in people's lives by Educating, Empowering, and Entertaining them.
